HIPs Get Full Roll Out

Home information packs (HIPs) will be required for all properties being sold in England and Wales from 14th of December, as announced by Housing Minister Yvette Cooper earlier today.

It was widely anticipated that the full roll out would be complete by the beginning of 2008 however the government have brought the date forward in reflection of the confidence instilled by the partial roll out of HIPs that commenced on the 1st of August this year.

HIP Manager will shortly be looking to integrate deferred finance options to the end user. This will prove to be a major factor when HIPs become mandatory on one and two bedroom properties.
